Smith received his law degree at Penn State Dickinson School of Law and studied at the Université de Droit, d’Économie, et des Sciences d’Aix-Marseille in Aix-en-Provence, France. He received his undergraduate degree from The University of Michigan. Currently, he practices at the Derek T. Smith Law Offices in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Bryan S. Arce, Partner
Admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, Employment Law attorney Bryan Arce obtained his Juris Doctor at Brooklyn Law School.
